A bet builder is one back bet on a complete combination. Type the combined quote from the bookmaker’s slip, the lay price and the commission. The page works out one cash lay from that quote. It does not multiply leg prices. It does not log in to an exchange. It does not load odds.
Illustrative legs at 2.00 and 3.00 are not a back price of 6.00. With an actual bookmaker quote of 4.50, a £10.00 back stake, lay odds of 6.20 and 2% commission, the lay stake is £7.28 and the liability is £37.86. If the back wins, the result is −£2.86.
